You do not have to join a party to make your area work better. Below are three ways to be useful, in rough order of how much time they cost.
Three ways to get involved
Do the course, pass it on
Forty-nine minutes. Then send the link to five people in your street. This is the single highest-value thing most people can do, and it costs nothing.
Host a class
Get ten neighbours in a room — a hall, a garage, a back room — and work through the course together. We will send you a run sheet and a printable Who do I call? sheet for people without smartphones.
Become a member
Membership of the Truth and Solidarity Movement is handled by the national Movement, not by us. You register once, directly with them, and it counts everywhere in the country — including here in Gauteng.
What hosting a class actually involves
It is less work than people expect. You are not lecturing — the course does the teaching. You are getting people into a room and keeping them moving.

Have everyone look up their own ward number, their own councillor's name and phone number, and save it to their phone before they leave the room. Nobody does this on their own. It is the moment the course turns into something people actually use.

We do not collect donations or banking details through this website. If you want to contribute to the Movement, contact us and we will put you in touch with the national office directly.
If you are ever sent banking details claiming to be from us, especially by WhatsApp, phone us and confirm before you pay anything.
